Who receives your enquiry
Malcolm Blackburn, trading as Building Contract Clinic, receives enquiries at buildingcontractclinic@gmail.com. The enquiry form asks for your name, email address, client type, project location, project stage and a short description of the assistance you require. The optional fields can be left blank.
Why this information is used
The information is used to respond to your request, understand whether the service may be suitable, check for potential conflicts and discuss a possible appointment. Sending an enquiry does not create a client engagement. Please avoid sending sensitive documents or detailed confidential information at this stage.
Form delivery and email
The form submits your information to FormSubmit, a third-party service that forwards enquiries to the Clinic's Gmail inbox after the address has been confirmed. FormSubmit says it retains submissions for 30 days. You may instead email the Clinic directly using the address above. Correspondence in the Gmail inbox is kept for as long as reasonably needed to handle the enquiry and any subsequent engagement, subject to relevant legal, professional and insurance requirements.

Your choices
You can ask about information held in relation to your enquiry, request correction or deletion where applicable, or raise a privacy concern by writing to buildingcontractclinic@gmail.com.
